Cathy Casey and Jim Leitch lead TBBA’s mentorship program for aspiring innkeepers and current members. Cathy and Jim are the former owners of the Inn on Lake Granbury, a 15 room lakefront property in Granbury, Texas. They operated their Inn for 20 years and sold it in 2023. Both have been active in the innkeeping industry having served on the Texas B&B Association Board, and national lodging Boards. Both have also been speakers and panelists at numerous innkeeping association conferences. A native of Texas, Cathy’s university work career spanned over 20 years, including 9 years at TCU. Jim worked in corporate positions in the areas of marketing, sales, and business development. Both love to travel, spending time with family and friends, and playing with their rescue dog, Lucy.
